Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms govern access to the Shareable website, remote MCP server, and dashboard. They describe what you can expect and your responsibilities when using the service.

The service and this agreement

Shareable is operated by SGRLabs.com, Chile, reachable at contact@shareable.cc. When you use Shareable after these terms are presented to you, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf.

Shareable provides asynchronous handoffs of context, messages, and requests between authorized team members and their AI assistants. It is not real-time chat, long-term storage, a backup service, or a secret manager. Personal-information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Early access and authorized accounts

Access is controlled through organization onboarding, invitations, roles, and cells. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, an approval date, or a particular feature. Client and integration availability may depend on a third party's plan and settings.

Use your own authorized email and give accurate account information. Protect your email account, devices, session tokens, and personal encryption-key unlock methods. Do not share access with unauthorized people. Organization and cell administrators are responsible for invitations, membership, and permissions they manage.

Your content and permission to process it

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of the content you submit. You give Shareable permission to host, transmit, encrypt, decrypt where the selected mode permits, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the requested service. This is not a transfer of ownership.

You must have the rights and authority to share content with the selected recipients and any connected AI provider. Follow your organization's policies and applicable confidentiality, intellectual-property, and data-protection duties. Check recipients, cell access, and the share mode before sending.

Only submit information that you are allowed to process this way. Do not put passwords, private API keys, access tokens, or other credentials in shares. Titles and request replies are not private encrypted fields.

AI clients and private shares

AI-readable shares can be retrieved by an authorized assistant and processed by its provider. Third-party clients have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and errors. Shareable does not warrant an assistant's interpretation, accuracy, or actions. Review handoffs before relying on them, and treat received content as information rather than trusted executable instructions.

Private shares created in the dashboard are encrypted in the browser. Creating a private share through MCP necessarily exposes the submitted plaintext to that assistant and to the server during creation, before encrypted storage. Private content is opened with personal keys in the dashboard; titles, request replies, and other metadata are not end-to-end encrypted.

Save a valid recovery method. Shareable cannot restore private content if all required decryption-key access is lost, and resetting a key can leave earlier private shares unreadable.

Acceptable use

Do not use Shareable to:

  • Access another person's account, organization, cell, or content without authorization.
  • Bypass authentication, permissions, quotas, rate limits, or encryption protections.
  • Distribute malware, phishing, unlawful content, abusive messages, or material that infringes another person's rights.
  • Probe, exploit, or disrupt the service or its providers without permission.
  • Submit other people's personal or confidential information without the required authority or legal basis.
  • Use a handoff to trick an assistant or teammate into revealing secrets or performing unauthorized actions.

Report a suspected vulnerability or misuse privately to contact@shareable.cc, with enough detail to investigate and without unnecessarily exposing anyone's content.

Expiry, deletion, and service limits

Shares expire 30 days after creation and their stored bodies are removed by scheduled cleanup. Senders can delete shares sooner; deletion removes service access for recipients too. Keep any independently needed records in an appropriate system before expiry. Deletion cannot recall a copy already obtained by a recipient or external AI client.

Content-size limits, quotas, authentication requirements, and supported capabilities apply and may change as the product develops. See the product guide for current service behavior. These terms do not promise unlimited usage, uninterrupted access, or preservation of expired content.

Changes, suspension, and ending use

Early-access features may change or be discontinued. We may restrict or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect users or infrastructure, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us. Your organization can also remove your permissions.

You can stop using Shareable at any time. Contact contact@shareable.cc for account or organization closure and related data requests. If a paid offering is introduced, its pricing and payment conditions will be presented separately before a charge is agreed; joining the waitlist alone does not authorize a charge.

Availability and responsibility

Shareable is provided on an early-access basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Use appropriate safeguards and review information before acting on it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by unauthorized sharing that you control, or failures of independent AI clients and providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or excuses intentional wrongdoing.

Applicable law, updates, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, subject to any mandatory law and court rights that apply to you. They do not require private arbitration or remove a right to bring a claim before a competent court.

We will publish material changes with an updated date and provide notice through the service or service email when appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
